What is the minimum order?

No minimum for oil painting. You can purchase it one or two piece as a sample, but we still encourage customers to buy more to reduce the charge of ship.

What about the quality of your oil painting?

Our painting of reproduction is guaranteed. The professional artists are well educated the painting is hand-made unframed on linen canvas, no computer and other machine is used.

What are sizes of painting you offer?

All sizes are available, including regular sizes: 8'x10' 12'x16' 16'x20' 20'x24' 24'x36' 24'x48' 30'x40' 36'x48' 40'x60' and other special sizes.

How long does it take before I get the painting?

We will finish the order in 15workdays after receiving customers payment. We ll keep you in posted for any progress of your order and notice you before shipment. Usually, it takes 3-5 days to arrive in your house by DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT Express channel, 7days by air freight and about one month by sea freight.

How do you delivery the oil paintings to us?

Unframed paintings will be rolled and sturdy packed with thin plastic layer between paintings, shipping via worldwide express (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX), framed paintings will be put into cartons flatly and ship by sea.

Can we do customs order?

Yes, we accept customs order which are appreciated by most of our clients. Please send your own collects and pictures; we will give you the special quotation via email.

Can I have your price list?

Yes, we will send you the specified our wholesale price list via email.

what s your After Service?Do you offer a money back guarantee? 

If any of the delivered articles show material defects, transport damage or the wrong articles have been delivered, please inform us within 24 hours after you have received the goods and we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible; if however we are unable to replace them they will be fully reimbursed.

We provide refund for any unsatisfactory quality if product is sent back in 3 days after receiving the goods with customer s own shipping cost.

For our regular buyers, we also provide free replacement, free improvement, or credits for any unsatisfactory quality or product damage.

If the size you want is not listed on our site, please E-mail us your desired size, we will adjust the price accordingly. Then make payment for your order.

We also create oil paintings from your photographs or print that you like. There is no extra charge for any special customization.

The prices listed here are for oil on canvas, not stretched or framed.

Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the painting.

Payment is secured during transaction. We also have a 30-days refund guarantee, to protect our customers. (The painting must be in its original condition. Shipping cost is non refundable.)

Most of our paintings will not Sign, if you need any Signature please email us the detail.

Freight

1. Weight of canvas

The picture of Impressionism style should be added 3% --5% of the weight; and the picture drawn by knife should be added 20% --60% of the weight.

2. The methods of transportation

We will use EMS、UPS、DHL、TNT、FEDEX、air transport and transportation by sea and other ways and our departure place is Shenzhen Port(YanTian, Shekou) .

Transportation Schedule:

FEDEX and DHL spend 5-7days;

TNT and UPS 5-8 days;

Air transportation 7-15 days;

Transportation by sea 15-30 days.

The customers may choose any way according to concrete conditions.

3. Send by Express Delivery

For instance: UPS, DHL, TNT and FEDEX spend 2 --7 days. The freight depends on the weight of goods and the real-time price. The freight would be low for the goods of over 20kg:

4. By Chinese Airmail

The first weight and price are 0.5KG and 180$. Adding 1 KG, the price increases 3.5$ to 4.5$ correspondently. The time for airmail is from 7 days to 15 days.

5. By transportation by sea

The price is calculated according to the cube the first volume and price are 1 cubic meter and 205$. Adding 1 cubic meter progressively, the price increases 70$. The time for it is from 15 days to 30 days.

Packing

Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed with a thin plastic layer between paintings professionally.

Frames will be packed with four protected paper corners in suitable quantity in a firm paper carton.
